The word that transforms

Sometimes we're like a canal that is open from both-sides: we let the word of God in but also out as well, and this way we miss out on the word of God in us!! 

As soon as we let the the word which is the living water in us we will start being transformed. 

"12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword,it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." -Hebrews 4: 12

So what does being transformed means? 

Being completely united with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and as we unite with God, we will receive the fruits of the spirit:

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law." 

-Galatians 5:22-23 

And the word of God will guide you always, satisfy, strengthens you so you will be like well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail!!

"The Lord will guide you always;

    he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land

    and will strengthen your frame.

You will be like a well-watered garden,

    like a spring whose waters never fail." -Isaiah 58:11

"10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit,which is the word of God." -Ephesians 6: 10-17

In order to fight the battle we most walk in the word of God and let him transform us completely.

 I grantee you, that you will find true peace in the word of God, let it in. He speaks to your heart in order to touch you and transform you.
